On our web site, www.wvabca.com, you will have a link to access the On-line ordering Login Screen.

Once you login successfully, your store information will be displayed and you will be given several options to choose from.

When you click Order Processing, you will be prompted to start entering the WV ABCA item code and number of cases.

As you enter an item code and number of cases, you will see your order being built in the lower half of the screen and your order totals will be updated.

When you are finished, you will click the Submit Order button.

The items that were entered on your order will be verified for on-hand stock. If stock is available, it will be reserved for you. If it is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder.

A confirmation screen will be displayed to verify the total number of cases ordered and total amount due. Also, each item that was placed on backorder will be displayed with an option to cancel.
